What Procedure is involved in Whitening My Teeth? Firstly
your gums and lips will be covered and protected. After that our custom made
teeth cleaning swab is applied to the teeth containing a special safe cleaning
and stain removing agent. A Laser LED light is then placed over the mouth and the light from the lamp will activate our teeth whitening gel, this then helps to oxidise the gel to whiten your teeth. We will treat you with 2 x 20 sessions using the above method, and the whole process of our teeth whitening treatment will take approx. 1hr to complete from start to finish. When our teeth whitening gel oxidises on your teeth, the gel is then able to penetrate deep into the tooth enamel rods to further remove stains and thus whiten your teeth. This procedure can whiten your teeth on average around 8-12 shades. There have been customers who have achieved results of up to 14 shades lighter, but results will vary according to several factors including age. |

Will Teeth Whitening Damage The Enamel On My Teeth? Research shows there is no risk to the enamel of the teeth after having teeth whitening treatment. Will Teeth Whitening Work On My Veneers, Crowns, Bridges and Fillings? The teeth whitening procedure will not whiten crowns, veneers, bridges or fillings however they will be restored to their original colour. How Long Will The Results Last? Your teeth should stay on average noticeably whiter for approx 12 months after having a teeth whitening treatment depending on the types of food and drinks you consume.
